He also founded the Leaven Leadership Academy, a hub for raising authentic, value-based, and transformational leaders who can drive sustainable impact across sectors.

He leads the Leaven Leadership Initiative, a continent-wide leadership campaign anchored by the iLEAD Project, a youth-focused tour designed to reach every tertiary institution in Africa with leadership development and nation-building tools.
